As any Dojo or Marital Arts School we are very proud of our students accomplishments. Parents, Grand Parents and loved ones often confront me with the question are the students going to be in the local paper or TV? I let them know that the Dojo has sent out press releases to the local media both by fax and Email and the Dojo also posts the results of the students on our Blog.

It has now come to the point that I write this Blog. I do ask that we be patient and give the media a chance. I have now redirected these people to the editors and producers of the local media to answer their concerns and questions.
Please contact these people with any questions or concerns about local media coverage and if you would like you can post it on this Blog.
Here are some of the local Media contacts.

The Art of Martial Arts of Jefferson City would like to thank everyone who shared their holiday weekend with us at the Demo. It was very informative and entertaining for those who watched. I think that everyone in the crowd enjoyed the Demo greatly.
.
It was our time to shine, our time to open the eyes around us to the old ways of
Karate-Do.
Though the younger generation may enjoy the musical and acrobatics of the modern day Karate demo. I, myself feel that the old ways is more informative through the actions of its participants and the knowledge that it brings forth. It lets those around us see that not only can we do but in fact we know why and how it is to be done. What an awesome day! Soke Stacy J. Huffman | ![]() |

The AMA Dojo National Team of Jefferson City turns quite a few heads in Kentucky by showing respect and honor of Karate-Do at its finest.
The AMA Dojo seems to be drawing a lot of attention lately from the Internet. In the month of June we have had just over 14,000 hits and half of those hits have been local hits from Jefferson City Missouri. WOW!

Six of the AMA Dojo’s National Team qualifies for the Battle of Atlanta National Karate Tournament Aug 1st and 2nd in Atlanta GA.
We would like to thank all our National Team Sponsors and Special Thanks to
Lear & Werts L.L.P. Attorneys at Law, Columbia Missouri.
Great people make great things happen!
